PM appoints Deputy Minister of Information and Communications

VGP – The PM has signed Decision 2036/QD-TTg to appoint Mr. Phan Tam, Director of the Telecommunications Department as Deputy Minister of Information and Communications (MIC).

Mr. Tam, born on February 20, 1965, served as Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Department under the MIC and Deputy Chief Manager of MIC Office.

He has been the Director of the Telecommunications Department since March, 2015.
