PM agrees establishment of Hòa Phú IP in Đắk Lắk Province and Thạnh Đức IP in Long An Province
VNGOVNet – On the proposal of the Đắk Lắk Province People’s Committee and recommendations from the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the PM has agreed in principle the establishment of the Hòa Phú Industrial Park in Đắk Lắk Province, covering 100 ha. The PM also permitted the Đắk Lắk Province People’s Committee to found the Hòa Phú IP Infrastructure Developing Company which is an income-earning non-business unit functioning as the IP investor.
The Chairman of the Đắk Lắk Province People’s Committee was assigned to direct the investor and the provincial functional agencies in reviewing the project in a way of making sure that it is cost-effective and profitable and after that, issuing the investment license to the Project in line with the current regulations.
The PM requested that the project be funded by the State budget in compliance with his Decision 183/2004/QĐ-TTg dated October 19, 2004.
On the same day, the PM permitted the establishment of the 256-ha Thạnh Đức IP in Long An Province. The Chairman of the Long An Province People’s Committee was assigned to direct the investor to take recommendations from the relevant ministries and sectors in designing the project. The Long An IPs Management Board will consider and issue the investment certificate for the Thạnh Đức IP Project under the current regulations.
