Plan to renovate drug rehabilitation ratified

The issuance of the Plan is aimed at launching comprehensively and effectively the proposed contents of the Scheme for innovation in drug rehabilitation in Viet Nam till 2020.

In addition, it also identifies specific activities and roadmaps as well as assigns tasks for related ministries, agencies and localities to implement the Scheme.

In December 2014, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) will host and cooperate with the Ministries of Justice, Public Security, Health and other related agencies to submit to the Government a Resolution on the enhancement of drug prevention and prevention work in the new period for issuance.

The MOLISA submitted to the PM for approval the Scheme on drug rehabilitation network in the fourth quarter of 2014.
