Paynet launched in VN

VNGOVNet – The electronic payment network (Paynet) was officially launched in Hanoi on April 04, makring a new development step in electronic payment in Vietnam. Through Paynet agents, consumers and households can directly pay services of mobile phone, fixed telephone, Internet phone, electricity, water supply and insurance.

In the opening ceremony, Paynet signed a strategic cooperation contract on card service and voucher payment with four banks (An Bình, Nam Việt, Techcombanh and VBank).

Paynet is possibly considered as the pioneer model of electronic payment in Vietnam, providing consumers a convenient and helpful service.
