Party leader to visit Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus and Russia next week

During his stay in Russia, General Secretary To Lam will attend a ceremony marking the 80^th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, scheduled to take place in Moscow's Red Square on May 9.
