The latest patient is a 29-year old man who arrived at the Da Nang International Airport on July 9.
He is being treated at the centralized quarantine facility No.2 at Dung Quat Industrial Park in the central province of Quang Ngai.
As of early July 11, 350 patients had been cleared of the virus, accounting for 94.6% of the total.
As many as 9,988 people, who have been in close contact with COVID-19 patients or come from the pandemic-stricken areas, are put under medical surveillance, including 66 at hospitals, 9,509 at centralized quarantine facilities, and 413 at places of residence.
