Ninh Thuan man confirmed 67th COVID-19 patient

VGP - The latest patient is a 36-year old man in Phuong Nam Commune, Thuan Nam District of the central province of Ninh Thuan, according to the Ministry of Health.

He joined with a previously-announced COVID patient (61st patient) in Ninh Thuan Province to leave for Malaysia on February 27 and flew back to Ho Chi Minh City on flight VJ826 on March 4.

He is being treated the General Hospital of the locality.

In an effort to contain the spread of the virus, local authorities of Ninh Thuan decided to medically isolate Van Lam 3 villange where the 61st patient resides.

So far, Viet Nam has reported 67 COVID-19 patients, of whom 16 had been cleared of the virus and exited hospitals and all the rest have been confirmed since March 6.

The current patients include 13 British nations, one German, one French, one Latvian, one Czech, and one Irish./.
