New regulations on foreign-invested vocational institutions

VGP – The Government has promulgated Decree No. 24/2022/ND-CP amending and supplementing several articles of Decree No. 15/2019/ND-CP dated February 1, 2019 on foreign-invested vocational institutions.

The new decree offers detailed instructions on conditions required to set up a foreign-invested vocational education institution in Viet Nam, training curriculum, diploma and certificates among others.
