Nearly 2,180 COVID-19 cases added to national tally

VGP - The Ministry of Health confirmed additional 2,179 COVID-19 cases on Monday, bringing Viet Nam's COVID-19 patient tally to 11,386,016.

The same day, there were 8,224 new recovered cases, taking the total number of recoveries to 10,080,681.

The ministry also announced one more fatality, raising the nation's COVID-19 death toll to 43,106 or 0.4 percent of the national caseload.

The nation has administered 254,570,355 COVID-19 vaccine doses, an increase of 207,401 doses from Sunday./.
