New Minister of National Resources and Environment Dang Quoc Khanh

Dang, aged 47, a member of the 13th Party Central Committee, was promoted to the new role from his previous postion as Secretary of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee.

Dang will succeed his predecessor Tran Hong Ha who was appointed Deputy Prime Minister in January this year.

Le Quang Manh, member of the National Assembly Standing Committee and Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance-Budget Committee

The same day, lawmakers also casted votes to elect Le Quang Manh, Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee, as member of the National Assembly Standing Committee and Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance-Budget Committee.

Le, born in 1974, is a member of the 13th Party Central Committee./.
