The bilateral cooperative relations have been strengthened, especially high-ranking delegation exchanges such as former State President Truong Tan Sang’s official visit to Mozambique in 2016 and Mozambican PM’s visit to Viet Nam in August this year.
She hailed the Memorandum of Understanding inked between the Supreme People’s Procuracy of Viet Nam and the Mozambican Attorney General’s Office, which is regarded as a crucial legal foundation for the two nations to boost cooperative activities in the future.
Ms. Beatriz Buchili asserted her agency will sign cooperative agreements with the Vietnamese justice agency and other deals on security, order and forest protection.
She thanked the Vietnamese NA for its support for the two sides to promote politic and economic activities, confirming to bolster judicial connections and learn experience in fighting trans-national crimes and wildlife poaching and trafficking.

She expressed her delight at the growth of bilateral relations over the past years, noting that political ties have continually been enhanced through the maintenance of delegation exchanges at all levels between the countries’ Parties, States, parliaments, ministries, sectors and localities.
Ambassador Herminio Lopez Diaz shared the outcomes of his working term in Viet Nam, as well as his sentiments towards the country and people of Viet Nam.
Aside from the thriving political-diplomatic relations, he hailed the countries’ cooperation in other spheres, including health care, have also been being promoted.
He suggested the two countries increase economic and trade partnerships, adding that the Cuban Embassy and the embassies of other Latin American nations want to establish a centre of Latin American culture in Viet Nam.
He promised to support and help nurture the solidarity and friendship between the two countries in the future.
