The VJCC was founded at the Hanoi University of Foreign Trade. Under the project, the Japanese Government granted a nonrefundable aid to build the Center's facilities. The VJCC has up to date provided 15 business courses to 520 trainees and 14 advance-level Japanese language courses to 250 students. A library was also opened, attracting over 350 regular readers.
