More small towns to get hygiene water

VGP – The PM has agreed with the implementation of the third phase of a project on water and sanitation for small towns in Viet Nam.

The project will be implemented between November 2013 and December 2016. The €2.92 million project has €2.5 million in non-refundable aid coming from the Finnish Government.

It will increase local people's access to clean and hygiene water services; and effectively help build and apply mechanisms of management, operation and maintenance of water supply and sewage projects in small towns.

The Ministry of Construction was asked to collect comments from the Ministry of Finance and related agencies to finalize related documents in line with regulations./.
