Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc, aged 61, served as Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee since April 2021, Vice Chief of the Office of the CPV Central Committee since November 2024, and Chief of the Office of the CPV Central Committee since August 2025.

Deputy Prime Minister Phan Van Giang
2. Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Minister of National Defense, was confirmed as Deputy Prime Minister cum Minister of National Defense.
Deputy Prime Minister Phan Van Giang, aged 66, served as Vice Secretary of the Central Military Commission and Minister of National Defense since April 2021.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Van Thang
3. Nguyen Van Thang, member of the CPV Central Committee, Minister of Finance, was confirmed as Deputy Prime Minister.
