Legal documents promulgated in January

VGP – The Government and the Prime Minister issued eight decrees and four decisions in January this year, the Ministry of Justice has announced.

The decrees include Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP dated January 4 on enterprise registration, Decree No. 03/2021/ND-CP dated January 15 on compulsory civil liability insurance, Decree No. 04/2021/ND-CP on sanction of administrative violations in education domain, and Decree No. 07/2021/ND-CP dated January 27 on multi-dimensional poverty standards for 2021-2025 period.

The decisions include Decision No. 02/2021/QD-TTg dated January 21 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision No. 28/2015/QD-TTg on credit for households escaping from poverty, and Decision No. 03/QD-TTg on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision No. 22/2019/QD-TTg on agricultural insurance assistance policies./.
