The leaders included Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, Permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Vo Van Thuong, Acting State President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and President of the VFF Central Committee Do Van Chien.
The delegation also comprised former Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, former State President Ngyen Xuan Phuc, former NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.
They showed their gratitude towards President Ho Chi Minh – the founder of the Communist Party of Viet Nam.
The delegation then laid a wreath at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs.
The Communist Party of Viet Nam was founded on February 3, 1930, at the dawn of the struggle for national liberation, independence, and construction.
The day was an important turning point in the country’s history, marking a milestone on its development.
Over the past 93 years, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, the country has overcome many difficulties and achieved great accomplishments during the reform process.
On February 2, a ceremony was held in Ha Noi release the book entitled “Resolutely, persistently fighting corruption and negative phenomena to contribute to building more transparent and stronger Party and State” by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Nguyen Phu Trong.
The release of the book is part of activities to celebrate the 93rd founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Central Steering Committee for Prevention and Control of Corruption and Negative Phenomena (February 1).
