Leaders congratulate Belgium on National Day

VGP – Party General Secretary, State President Nguyen Phu Trong and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Saturday extended their greetings to Belgian King Philippe I and Prime Minister Charles Michel, respectively on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Belgium (July 21, 2019).
