Le Quang Dao appointed Deputy Chief of General Staff

VGP - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Monday appointed Lieutenant General Le Quang Dao, Commander of the Viet Nam Coast Guard as Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Viet Nam People's Army.
