Lang Son gets between-crop rice relief aid

VGP - The Government has decided to allocate 256.725 tons of rice in relief aid to the northern province of Lang Son to help local residents ease hunger during between-crop period.

The Ministry of Finance is responsible for allocating the rice relief to the locality, according to  a decision signed by Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai on February 21, 2023.

The Government tasks the provincial People’s Committee to distribute the rice to residents in need in line with regulations.

Earlier, the Government allocated 6,884.34 tons of rice from the national reserve to seven localities on the occasion of the Lunar New Year Festival 2023./.
