Dragon fruits and other food products imported from Việt Nam always observe Japan’s Law on Food Safety and Hygiene.

According to the Vietnamese Commercial Section in Japan, Yasaka Fruit Processing Limited Company in Việt Nam’s southern province of Bình Dương is approved to use the vapor heat technology to treat the dragon fruits.

Japanese plant quarantine experts will supervise the treatment at the company for 12 consecutive months since November 2009.
