Indian naval ship visits southern province

VGP - Naval ship INS Airavat of India docked at Nha Trang Naval Academy military port in the central province of Khánh Hòa on July 19, starting a four-day visit to the locality.

Indian Ambassador to Việt Nam Ranjit Rae took the occasion to visit the province.

As scheduled, Ambassador Ranjit Rae and the ship’s commanders and officers paid courtesy visits to the leaders of the provincial People’s Committee and the Directors Board of the Naval Academy.

Within the visit, the Indian crew will play volleyball and join in music performances with officers and students of the Naval Academy.

Some officers and students of the Academy will partake in training sessions and professional exchanges aboard the INS Airavat ship during its trip to the northern port city of Hải Phòng, on July 25-28./.
