Health ministry confirms 1,239 new COVID-19 infections
VGP - The Ministry of Health on Friday confirmed 1,239 new cases of COVID-19 in 46 provinces and cities, raising the national caseload to 10,715,247.

Ha Noi still reported the most with 297 cases, followed by the northern provinces of Vinh Phuc and Phu Tho with 86 and 63 cases, respectively.
There were additional 9,365 recoveries over the last 24 hours, taking the total number of recovered cases to 9,428,633, said the ministry.
The COVID-19 death toll remains unchanged at 43,078 or 0.4 percent of the national caseload.
The nation has administered 220,441,206 COVID-19 vaccine doses, an increase of 299,997 doses from Thursday./.
