Head of Steering Committee for Enterprise Renewal and Development named

Minister-Chairman of the Government Office Tran Van Son is empowered to act as permanent deputy head of the committee while the other deputy heads include Nguyen Hong Long and Nguyen Canh Viet. 

Members of the committee consist of the Vice Chairperson of Government Office and Deputy Ministers of Planning and Investment, Finance, Justice, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, Agriculture and Rural Development, Natural Resources and Environment, Public Security, among others.  

The committee shall be responsible for assisting the Prime Minister in designing and monitoring the implementation of programs and plans for innovating State-owned enterprises (SOEs)  and for developing enterprises established under the Enterprise Law.

The committee shall coordinate with functional agencies in studying models of organizational structures, mechanisms and policies for innovation and development of enterprises./.
