The move is expected to help create a transparent business environment for all businesses and investors operating within the City.

Nine out of 24 districts have deployed one-stop shop mechanism in dealing with the procedures relating to land, construction and business activities.

The City’s relevant departments also enhance cooperation to shorten the time of solving land files from one or two years down to 20-40 days. The time for business registration is also curtained.

Simplifying administrative procedures, particular in construction, is one of the Government’s first priorities that ministries, sectors and localities are drastically putting into reality.

Earlier, on November 22, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng asked leaders of Ministries, sectors and localities to give sound attention to the implementation of the Project on simplifying administrative procedures within 2007-2010 (Project 30).
