Ha Noi to build first-ever hi-biotechnology park

Covering an area of 199.03 hectares, it is managed by the Ha Noi Municipal People's Committee.

The park will engage in high-tech activities in accordance with the international trends and Viet Nam's policies and orientations for high-tech development, with a strong focus on biotechnology.

The park will provide an open space, an ecological park that combines the functions of scientific research and the essential utility of the research environment.

It has an investment of US$250 million for technical infrastructure and service works, high-rise apartments, and another US$800 million for special equipment, including laboratories, centers, research institutes, and universities.

The park will developed into a high-tech, modern economic and scientific zone, serving research, education, development, application of experimental production and high technology transfers./.
