Gov’t sets up six working groups to facilitate public investment disbursement

The first working group led by Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh shall be in charge of inspecting and speeding up disbursement of public investment by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, the Supreme People’s Court, the Government Office, the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs, Cao Bang, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Son La, and Phu Tho.

The second working group headed by Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai shall be in charge of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Viet Nam Television, the Government Inspectorate, the Supreme People’s Procuracy, the Party Central Committee’s Office, the State Audit of Viet Nam, the Voice of Viet Nam, the Viet Nam News Agency,  Can Tho, Kien Giang, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Tra Vinh, and Long An.

The third working group led by Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh shall be in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of National Resources and Environment, the Viet Nam Union of Literature and Arts Associations, the Viet Nam Farmers’ Union, the Viet Nam Cooperative Alliance, the Viet Nam Electricity, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and Khanh Hoa.

The fourth working group headed by Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam shall be in charge of the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourisms, the Viet Nam National University – Ho Chi Minh City, the Viet Nam Academy of Science and Technology, the Hoa Lac High-tech Management Park, the Viet Nam National University – Ha Noi, the Viet Nam General Confederation of Labor, the Viet Nam Women’s Union, the Viet Nam Academy of Social Sciences, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, the Management Board of Vietnamese Ethnic Villages,  the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism, the Viet Nam Journalists’ Association, Ha Noi, Hung Yen, and Vinh Phuc.

The fifth working group led by Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phoc shall be in charge of the provinces of Quang Tri, Quang Binh, An Giang, Bac Lieu, Dong Thap, and Ca Mau.

The sixth working group led by Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung shall be in charge of localities of Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Binh Dinh, Da Nang, and Quang Nam.

Inspection shall be carried out between November 22 and December 10 this year.

The working groups shall be responsible for synthetizing obstacles and put forwards solutions to step up disbursement of public investment capital./.
