The committee shall be led by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh who will be assisted by Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, Minister-Chairman of the Government Office Tran Van Son, and Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra.
Members of the committee include Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh, Minister of Finance Nguyen Van Thang, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh, Minister of Agriculture and Environment Do Duc Duy, Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung, Minister of Ethnic and Religious Affairs Dao Ngoc Dung, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung, Governor of the State Bank of Viet Nam Nguyen Thi Hong, Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong, Deputy Minister of National Defense Le Huy VInh, Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Van Long, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang, Vice Chairman of the Government Office Pham Manh Cuong, and Chairpersons of provinces and centrally cities.
The Government Office shall be the standing body of the steering committee.
The committee shall advise the Government and the Prime Minister on resolving inter-sector issues related to administrative procedure reform, decentralization and delegation of authority, digital transformation in handling administrative procedures, contributing to improving Viet Nam's business environment and national competitiveness.
The committee shall assist the Government and the Prime Minister in supervising, accelerating and evaluating the implementation of strategies, programs and projects on administrative procedure reform, decentralization and delegation of authority, and digital transformation in public governance./.
