EU to remove anti-dumping duties on Vietnamese shoes

VGP – The decision of the European Union (EU) to remove anti-dumping duties on Vietnamese leather-capped shoes since March 31 is appropriate with the reality of production and export in Việt Nam, according a Vietnamese diplomat.

Foreign Ministry’s Spokesperson Nguyễn Phương Nga made the point on March 24 in Hà Nội in response to reporters’ query about the EU’s removal of anti-dumping tariff.

According to the Spokesperson, the move is in accordance with the common trend of trade liberalization, anti-protectionism, development of partnership, and comprehensive cooperation between Việt Nam and the EU./.
