Ecuador FM expects closer ties with VN
VGP – Ecuador’s Foreign Minister Ricardo Patino said his upcoming visit to Viet Nam aims to boost political and trade relations between the two countries.

Viet Nam will be Patino’s 2nd stopover during his Asian tour which will also take him to the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Earlier, Deputy FM of Ecuador Marco Albuja visited Ha Noi in January 2013 for the 2nd political consultation between the two countries’ Foreign Ministries.
Albuja told the media that Ecuador President Rafael Correa planned to visit the Southeast Asian country this year.
Ecuador’s statistics show the two-way trade turnover reached US$100 million./.
