East West Economic Corridor Forum to be held in Quảng Trị

VGP - The East West Economic Corridor (EWEC) Forum will be organized on June 26 in the central province of Quảng Trị, focusing on potential and demand for cooperation along the corridor, upgrading EWEC infrastructure, proposing polices, and connecting the EWEC business community.

The forum, to be chaired by the provincial People’s Committee, will create new opportunities for localities of Việt Nam, Laos and Thailand along the corridor to accelerate their development, coordinate their policies, improve business environment, and foster trade and tourism.

During the forum, there will be the annual Việt Nam-Laos-Thailand tourism conference, tours to localities of the three countries, meetings of investors in Quảng Trị, and a fair of the Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS).
