Deputy Prime Minister pays tribute to victims of Moscow-area concert hall terrorist attack

VGP – Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha on Monday came to the Russian Embassy in Ha Noi to sign condolence book and pay tribute to victims of the terrorist attack in Moscow's Crocus City Hall.

Tran wrote: "We are totally shocked to hear about the brutal terrorist attack in Moscow's Crocus City Hall in Russia on March 22, 2024 that killed many innocent civilians."

On hehalf of the Government and people of Viet Nam, Tran expressed his deepest condolences and sympathies to the Russian Government and people and families of the victims.

He reiterated that Viet Nam strongly condemns all forms of terrorist attacks and believes that the perpetrators must be strictly punnished.

The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his wish that the families of the victims would soon overcome the great pains and losses, the injured persons would soon recover, and the Russian people and Russia would always be peaceful and continue development trajectory.

The terrorist attack left at least 137 people dead and 182 others injured, according to Russian authorities.
