The new framework of Viet Nam-U.S. Comprehensive strategic partnership set up in September last year has created a new space and impetus for promoting bilateral cooperation across all fields, he noted.
He proposed both nations continue implementing the Comprehensive strategic partnership framework, particularly in such areas as economic, trade, investment and other breakthrough areas including science-technology, innovation, education and training to bring practical interests to their businesses and peoples.
Katherine Tai, for her part, expressed he delight at the developments in Viet Nam-U.S. relations, affirming to actively enhance collaboration to realize contents in the Joint Leaders' Statement on elevating Viet Nam-U.S. ties to comprehensive strategic partnership, especially in economics, trade and investment.
She expressed her wish to continue fostering bilateral cooperation via the Trade and Investment Framework Agreements (TIFAs) and within the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF) negotiations in the upcoming time./.
