Daily COVID-19 infections drop to 12-month low

VGP – The Ministry of Health confirmed 511 COVID-19 cases on Sunday, the lowest number of daily infections over the last 12 months.

The latest infections bring Viet Nam's COVID-19 caseload to 10,748,639, said the ministry.

The ministry also announced further 9,627 recoveries, taking the total number of recovered cases to 9,708,984.

The Southeast Asian nation has administered 233,468,172 COVID-19 vaccine doses, an increase of 374,103 doses from Saturday./.
