Đà Lạt vegetable trademark recognized

VGP – The People’s Committee of Đà Lạt city on Friday announced that vegetables grown in the city for sales will bear the same exclutive trademark.

Central highlands Lâm Đồng province now has several vegetable growing areas in Đà Lạt city, and other adjacent districts of Đức Trọng, Đơn Dương and Lạc Dương with a total area of over 40,000 hectares, providing 1.260 million tons of vegetable per year.

By far, 40% of the vegetable growing area have applied friendly environmentally vegetable cultivation.

On the occasion, the city People’s Committee also honoured the first ten businesses with best green vegetable processing profiles.
