CPV Central Committee delibrates on draft strategy for attracting and utilizing talents

The CPV Central Committee also discussed a project to draft the Party's Resolution on strengthening the building and rectification of a clean, strong and comprehensive Party an political system, meeting the country's development requirements in the new era; the five-year preliminary review of the implementation of Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW dated on November 17, 2022 of the 13^th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam on continued innovation of the Party's leadership and governance methods over the political system in the new period; the final review of Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW dated May 19, 2018 of the 12^th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam on building a contingent of cadres at all levels, especially at strategic level, with sufficient qualities, capacity, and prestige commensurate with their tasks.

The CPV Central Committee also discussed Regulation on Party members participating in investment and business activities designed to replace Regulation No. 15-QD/TW dated August 28, 2006 of the 10^th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam on Party members engaging in the private economy; Regulation on Party inspection, supervision, and discipline work designed to replace Regulation No. 21-QD/TW dated April 11, 2026 of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam on Party inspection, supervision, and discipline work.
