Construction begins on Laos-Viet Nam Friendship Park

The project is of profound political, cultural, and historical significance, symbolizing the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Viet Nam and Laos.

The project, funded by Viet Nam under the "turnkey" model, is carried out by the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Office of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee.

Covering an area of 3 hectares, the project is expected to be completed in 2025, in celebration of the National Party Congress of the two countries.

Once completed, it will become one of the most beautiful parks in Vientiane, and a significant landmark for educating about revolutionary traditions, the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two nations, particularly for the younger generations./.
