Congratulations to newly elected Chinese Premier Li Qiang

Li was elected Premier of China at the fourth session of the 14th National People’s Congress in Beijing on March 11.
On March 10, Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, and Vo Van Thuong, President of Viet Nam separately cabled messages of congratulations to Xi Jinping upon his reelection as President of China./.
