Happyland Việt Nam will provide space for large-scale conferences and seminars as well as various services such as commercial area with 160,000 square meters of space, three- and five- star hotels with more than 1,000 guest rooms, Water Park, art museum, indoor and outdoor stages, restaurants and Vietnamese cultural center.

The theme park is designed to serve around 14 million local and international visitors each year and create jobs for about 10,000 local residents.

With the total investment of US $2 billion, including US $600 million for building a theme park similarly to Disneyland and Universal Studio-the famous amusement destinations in the world, the modern theme park will be officially put into operation by 2014.

Construction of the Park is carried out in two phrases, with the first one covering an area of 340 ha, and the second one, 350 ha, in the southern province of Long An, around 30 km away from Hồ Chí Minh City.
