Big resort & spa project launched in central beach
VGP - The Sài Gòn-Đà Nẵng Investment Corporation (SDN), an affiliate of Saigoninvest Group, on Tuesday began the construction of a resort and spa project in the Sơn Trà-Điện Ngọc beach, central city of Đà Nẵng.

The US $110-million project, namely Le Meridien Danang Resort & Spa, is the biggest one ever seen there.
The complex, which covers an area of 12 hectares, consists of a five-star plus hotel, high-class apartments and 48 villas for sale and lease.
Other facilities include environmentally-designed swimming pool, restaurant, gyms, spa, and international convention centers.
The architecture is designed by the US-based Wonder Auto Technology, Inc (WATG); electricity system by Australia’s Indochine Engineering; interior decoration by France’s Noor and scenery by Singapore’s BuregaFarnell.
Le Meridien Danang Resort & Spa is scheduled to come into operation in 2013, which is expected to ease pressure on the city’s growing tourism demand and concretize the potentials of the unexploited beach.
