Average apartment price in Ha Noi increases by 22-25% annually

VGP – The average price of new apartments in Ha Noi is estimated to increase by 4-6 percent on a quarterly basis and 22-25 percent annually, according to the Ministry of Construction.

The price hike came as a result of rising land-related costs and shortage of affordable apartments, the ministry said in its report released on October 30.

The average apartment price rose from VND21 million per square meter in 2014 to VND64 million in 2024, VNExpress reported./.
