Accordingly, AWS commits to training more than 29 million people worldwide in cloud computing and AI by 2025.

In Viet Nam alone, AWS has trained more than 50,000 workers in cloud computing and AI skills, helping to improve the capacity of thousands of individuals and organizations.

AWS research shows that 72 percent of employers cannot find the right talent for AI and cloud computing skills.

Recognizing a considerable gap in AI skills training, AWS has invested hundreds of millions of USD to equip the workforce with these skills.

With more than 15 years of experience in cloud computing, the Head of Cloud at FinX and HDBank, Duong Ngoc Toan, has witnessed many positive changes since the bank applied cloud computing technology to its workflow.

Thanks to AWS solutions, HDBank has developed flexible, scalable systems. The system's reliability, supported by AWS, has helped HDBank provide its customers with seamless and secure financial services.

However, this bank's problem is finding and training human resources with specialized skills in cloud computing and AI.

Facing this trend, Amazon Web Services (AWS) has made significant contributions to the development of digital human resources in Viet Nam.

To train more than 2 million people globally in AI and cloud computing skills in the next two years, AWS is helping build a workforce ready to meet the challenges of the digital age./.
