In the first three months, major agricultural product exports coffee, rice, wood and wood products hit $2.92 billion, down 15.1% against the same period last year.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the highest decline was in coffee 41.4% in volume and 37.3% in value, followed by rice, 28.1% in volume and 32% in value.
Seafood exports declined 20.6% year - on-year to $1.27 billion, along with forestry products, which was down 0.4% to $1.5 billion in Q1.
