The number of daily new COVID-19 cases from March 1-September 6, 2022

The ministry said there were 5,690 new recoveries, taking the total number of recovered cases to 10,237,971.

The ministry also announced further four fatalities, bringing the nation's COVID-19 death toll to 43,123 or 0.4 percent of the national caseload.

The Southeast Asian nation has administered 257,534,367 COVID-19 vaccine doses, an increase of 94,693 doses from Monday./.
