Additional 1,194 COVID-19 cases confirmed

VGP - The Ministry of Health confirmed 1,194 new cases of COVID-19 on October 12, raising the national caseload to 11,489,881.

The same day, there were additional 406 recoverie, taking the total number of recovered cases to 10,597,542.

The ministry also announced one more fatality, bringing the nation's COVID-19 death toll to 43,155 or 0.4 percent of the national caseload.
