Viet Nam confirms 6,068 new COVID-19 cases
VGP – There were 6,068 COVID-19 cases over the last 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health.

The latest cases were recorded in 59 provinces and cities in which Ha Noi still reported the most with 843 cases, followed by northern province of Phu Tho and the Central Highlands province of Gia Lai with 386 and 341 cases, respectively.
An additional 3,225 patients were declared free of the virus, taking the total number of recoveries at 9,245,528.
The ministry also announced one more fatality, bringing the nation's COVID-19 death toll to 43,038 or 0.4 percent of the national caseload.
The nation has administered 214,532,764 COVID-19 vaccine doses, an increase of 887,474 doses from Thursday./.
