Nearly 1,700 tourists to be evacuated from Da Nang
VGP - The Ministry of Transport has asked the Civil Aviation Authority of Viet Nam (CAAV) to direct airlines to evacuate 1,965 tourists stranded in Da Nang due to Covid-19.

The figure includes 961 tourists from Ha Noi and 734 from Ho Chi Minh City, according to the Municipal People’s Committee.
Da Nang emerged as a new epicenter of Covid-19 in Viet Nam, with 193 infection cases confirmed since July 25.
In response to the outbreak, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc asked the city to implement social distancing for at least 14 days, starting from July 28.
Those returning from Da Nang must be tested or even quarantined if necessary and people with symptoms of fever and cough have to go to medical facilities for consultation./.
