Congratulations on Netherlands King's Day

VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang has extended his greetings to King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands on the occasion of the King's Day.

The same day, Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh sent his greetings to Dutch FM Bert Koenders.
